DON'T LET ALCOHOL AFFECT YOUR PERFORMANCE

What happens when you mix alcohol and sport?

  • It takes longer for injuries to heal

  • Your reaction times slow down - not good when you want to catch or kick a ball

  • You have less energy and endurance

  • You are more likely to get painful cramps

  • You get awfully thirsty because alcohol dries you out - you could get dangerously dehydrated
