PRAYER MATTERS

WCTU started with prayer, continues with prayer and will always focus on prayer.

"Prayer is a fundamental of the Christian faith.

Its our vital communication between believers and God. A incredible honour and responsibility, prayer is deeply woven in the scriptures, illuminating our God , biblical characters and teaching of scripture.

Prayer is not just some mere practise but is the very life to our being and becomes a daily transformative interaction with our God.

Our Lord Jesus was our ultimate model of a prayerful life and summarise 'The Lord’s Prayer’ as a template for us to follow.

Through prayer, believers engage with God, experience His presence, and participate in His redemptive work in the world."

CITIZEN ADVOCATE

Rosemarie Honoré is the WTCU Citizen Advocate for WCTU Australia Ltd. She writes, on behalf of WCTU, to parliamentarians of the government at the local, state and federal levels, about issues that relate to the SAD poisons (smoking, alcohol, drugs). She urges them to make changes, make good laws, fix policies, prevent declining standards – all on behalf of WCTU. This is what WCTU has always done and is a key component of our work. Rosemarie also guides us, as members, in how to do this. We are all responsible for our nation.
